GRILLED CHICKEN TENDER WITH BALSAMIC VINEGAR

Dinner or lunch in 2 minutes?  YES!

I pre-grilled the chicken tenders a couple nights ago on the weekend – saving me at least 15 minutes tonight having to grill them up!

Ingredients:

  • 3 chicken tenders – pre-grilled
  • Fresh spinach – about 3 – 4 cups
  • Balsamic Vinegar

 

Instructions:

  • Place chicken & spinach on a plate & cut to desired size for eating.
  • Add vinegar over top.
  • BOOM!  Your done.

You can also add other favorite veggies, but tonight I wanted simple.
