What I Am, What I Do, What I Am Not and Do Not Do:

I am certified master coach of behavior change.


As your coach, I DO NOT:

– make personal nutrition plans,

– provide medical, therapeutic, or curative advice.

– prescribe, diagnose or treat any disease.

– heal anyone.  Healing is a personal response to one’s own lifestyle choices.

– work miracles, or provide quick fixes.


As your coach, I DO:

  • help you to focus on & become accountable to changes you wish to make in your health, fitness, and life
  • encourage, support, & provide tips to help you to transition from unhealthy behaviors to healthier ones that you feel are appropriate for you.


Your Self-Responsibility Disclaimer While Working with me:

In working with Dom Campbell, I am aware that I am taking full self-responsibility for my own health & fitness.  The support and educational information I receive from Dom Campbell is in my hands to implement, or not.  I take full responsibility for all of the results and consequences of my actions with making changes in my life. I know I need to be able to take the  educational information offered and put it into action.

This includes consulting a physician and following any safety instructions before beginning any exercise program or nutrition plan, or using any supplement or meal replacement product, especially pregnant, breastfeeding, have any medical condition, or are taking any medication.


Disclaimer: Your health is your responsibility, plain and simple.  Any educational information in the books, articles & blog posts, through one on one coaching sessions, group sessions, challenge groups, and workshops with me is for you to use as you see fit on your path to health and healing.

Health is about self-responsibility. The ability to change & heal lies within us.  The responsibility to care for our bodies to ensure lifelong health, prevent disease, and heal lies within us.

Whole health & fitness education, & making successful behavior change a lifestyle is not about what you are giving up, and it is not about deprivation.  It IS about what you are inviting into your life: the choices, changes, and additions that will open doors to healing, health, and happiness in ways you have always imagined could, and should be the human experience.

Be brave.  Take that first step on your life.  Know that every new step will be an adventure and a positive, healing challenge.

Wherever you are in your life, however long you have been taking less than “whole care” of your body, every step you take towards whole health living & fitness will make lasting changes in your cellular and whole body health.
