Well this was as EASY as 1-2-3!
Baked parmesan garlic chicken w/organic green beans.
1) brush chicken with olive oil, lemon & crushed garlic mixture, add alittle salt & pepper – bake at 375 for about 20-25 min.
2) sprinkle fresh parmesan on top and broil on low for 1-2 minutes.
3) steam green beans while cooking chicken
Prep time was minutes – it took longer for the stove to warm up!
